On discernment · IntuiTek¹

A confident answer isn't the same as a correct one.

The more consequential the question, the more important it becomes to understand what the evidence actually supports.

The point of an assessment

The method matters more than the verdict.

IntuiTek¹ doesn't treat every problem as a reason to introduce artificial intelligence. The first work is to understand the operating condition, its constraints and what would count as a meaningful improvement.

A useful assessment reveals uncertainty, identifies missing evidence and distinguishes an actual opportunity from an attractive idea. It doesn't assign authoritative answers to unfamiliar situations in a matter of seconds.

Three questions

Before a system is built

01 / CONDITION

What's actually happening?

Observe real decisions and failure points before choosing a technology or assuming a cause.

02 / CONSEQUENCE

What would change?

Distinguish improvements in reliability, clarity, control and cost from simply adding capabilities.

03 / EVIDENCE

What would establish it?

Define the test and boundaries needed before describing the implementation as successful.
